Recruiting for Plant Operators
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company as a full-time Plant Operator based at our new Alternative Treatment Facility in Rochester, Kent. Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the plant including receipt, treatment and disposal of clinical waste in accordance with company operational procedures and legislative obligations and requirements.
Albus Environmental operates to a very high standard and expects staff to be well presented, polite, punctual and to be able to communicate and work well with other team members.
The position involves effective manoeuvring of waste on the plant and weighing of containers with unloading of vehicles and trailers and there will be a small amount of coordinating administration of deliveries to the plant alongside maintaining operational records. The position involves manual handling and the successful candidate will be expected to oversee the safe handling of containers by the respective deliverer, in the event loose waste is delivered to the site.
Shift hours may be applicable and there will be a minimum of 40 hours per week. Full training for this position will be given. A fork lift licence is beneficial but not essential.

Recruiting for Clinical Waste Service Drivers
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company as a full time Clinical Waste Service Driver working within the South East. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long term position and requires a clean, full driving licence with 3.5 tonne van driving experience. Previous experience of working within the clinical waste industry would be an advantage but is not a necessity.
Albus Environmental operates to a very high standard and expects staff to be well presented, polite, punctual and to be able to communicate with our customers and our office staff. All staff will be DBS checked by Albus.
The position involves daily collections of clinical waste from doctors surgeries, veterinary practices and nursing homes and transportation to the appropriate waste disposal facility. There will be a small amount of administration for completion and the position involves manual handling. Early morning starts are required and there will be a minimum of 40 hours per week. Full training for this position will be given.
