Jewish Care had previously experienced multiple service issues with previous providers resulting in missed collections, inconsistent collection schedules, lack of communication, no reactivity to specific requests, all paired with non-existent account managers. They reached out to Albus Environmental to see if it was possible to service such a large Estate with very bespoke requirements such as specific service days with limited timed access. Alongside this, Jewish care had a goal to achieve a more sustainable result for their business from their clinical waste disposal activity.
