We work directly alongside local youth organisations and sports teams to help keep these vital clubs sustainable and accessible:
- Sponsorship and Resources: Funding essential equipment, facilities, and team kits to reduce financial pressure on local families.
- Charity Impact: Sponsoring key local sports events, including hosting and participating in charity matches that have raised thousands of pounds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
- Hands-on Engagement: Sponsoring events, contributing to facility maintenance, and providing hands-on support for community fundraisers.
Empowering Employee Volunteering: Led from the Front
We actively encourage and empower our workforce to give back to the causes close to their hearts. Our team members donate their time to local coaching, charity fundraising, and youth mentoring.
A prime example is our Lead Operations Manager, Chris Good, who dedicates his personal time to coaching local youth football. By supporting our team’s volunteer efforts, we strengthen our internal culture of purpose and social responsibility while making a real impact outside the office.
Environmental Stewardship: The Fruit Tree Initiative and Cleaner Neighbourhoods
Protecting local ecosystems is fundamental to our Environmental strategy. We regularly partner with schools, community groups, and local authorities to deliver practical environmental improvement projects, from community litter-picks to waste education.
The Albus Fruit Tree Project
As part of our commitment to local biodiversity and urban greening, we supply and plant fruit trees across local schools and community grounds.
